Fascinating animated video from Professor Philip Zimbardo conveying how our individual perspectives of time affect our work, health and well-being. He says that time influences who we are as a person, how we view relationships and how we act in the world.
When I first started watching it, I had a very definite idea of which "time zone" I lived in (as defined by the video), but as it went on, I realized that it definitely wasn't as cut and dry as that, and it really made me think about how I look at the world, and how much of that is influenced by my surroundings, upbringing, family, etc.
How does watching this change your own perspective on yourself and your "time zone"? Is it possible to change your "time zone" to make it reflect more of the person you would like to be?
